custom movie props and customized nerf guns

Weapons Gallery

These pages will be mostly guns that I’m particularly proud of. I’ll eventually divide them into the correct sub folders, but for now it’s a bit of a mash-up. I hope you enjoy the larger resolution photos!

Wow! Amazing quality. I love the look of the Alpha Trooper. How did you do the worn scratches on the clip?

    • Those are done with drybrushing mostly, with a bit of other stuff going on as well with washes, etc. I’m really glad you like em and thanks for subscribing!

Awesome, thanks. i have a lot of time on my hands and i like to paint my nerf guns in my collection. I’ve always been curious on how the weathering was done so i can do it to my recon.

    • Hi there, I think you mistook me for being related to Iver Johnson. I’m sorry I’m not associated with them and I just wanted to let you know when I saw your message. Good luck to ya in restoring your revolver

Incredible! You need to tap into the Humans vs. Zombies game on college campuses! Those guys will eat this up!!! (look up HvZ Purdue) You might also be onto something with Nerf as well. They need talent like yours.

What is the origional gun used for the forth picture? It would be perfect for a project I’m starting, but I can’t figure out what it’s built off of, some kind of airsoft gun?

    • That’s a beretta pistol, similar to the one used in Robocop. They sell the airsoft versions online, I’m thinking mine ran about $50 or so for the base gun. Good luck!

Hey, I was wondering if you could paint my longshot cs6 like you did on an other website, it was a very light brown with a long barrel and a custom sight. And if you could how much would it cost me, and also could I buy a nerf scout like you also did on the other website. Please reply.

Sir, how do you make clips that are curved?

    October 14, 2012 at 4:05 pm

    • The bent part is solid and just for show. It is a functioning 6rd magazine inside there, though

I’m loving your collection thus far. Everything looks fantastic. I was wondering what you used for the third picture. Out of this set that’s one of my personal favorites. The second one is also quite amazing. Great job.
